Stroller Mamas Fitness Classes
No Need to leave
baby at home for this fat burning, muscle sculpting
class that incorporates your child into the
workout! Each class consists of a cardio workout
followed by intervals of muscle sculpting
exercises. Throughout the class, children are
stimulated through singing, counting and simply
watching their parents move. You will get a total
body workout improving your cardiovascular
endurance, your strength and your flexibility, all
while providing your little one with an exciting,
bonding experience. Parents of infants and
toddlers have the option to put toddler in nursery
and bring baby to class OR, make it a family
class!
Yoga Kids Classes
Roar like a lion
and soar like a bird . . . Your 3-5 year olds will
stretch their bodies and their imaginations in this
new interactive class with child friendly yoga
poses. Your child will enjoy a 45 minute class that
will stimulate the imagination, incorporate moving
and breathing, and challenge your child's mind and
body to help achieve overall strength, flexibility
and well-being. Class will come to a peaceful
close with story time and a typical yoga savasana
(relaxing pose).
Pump,
Jump, Jab & Play Classes
Let your toddler
learn and play in a safe, fun environment OR your
little one stay with you
while you burn calories and sculpt your muscles in a
cardio sculpt class that incorporates kickboxing,
jumping in inflatables and strength training.
Class is followed by 15 minutes of free play.
Mama and Baby Fitness Classes
Our Mama and
Baby Fitness classes are for mamas and their
pre-crawlers. Class is a combination of cardio
and strength training incorporating the baby into
the workout. This total body workout will help
mama bond with baby as she strengthens her body.
Class is followed by mama and me gym class.
Personal Training
Take control of
your fitness program . . . Our Personal Training
programs are designed with your fitness goals,
schedule and needs in mind. One-on-one and
small group training is offered. You name
the time and the place, and we'll come to you!
And best of all, baby is always welcome!
