  • Stroller-ee  Get the best of both worlds with this program combining Stroller Mamas Fitness with Gymboree Play and Music.  Now being offered at Northport Village Park and coming soon to the Source Mall.  $149/session

  • Saturday Session Perfect for our working mamas.  Purchase a series of Saturday classes.  Saturday classes run in 6-week sessions.  $85/session

  • Session Classes (Babylon Town Hall and Heritage Trust Park, Mt. Sinai) Choose between 1 day/week or 2 days/week with our new 6-week sessions at Babylon Town Hall and Heritage Trust Park.  $135 2x/week

There is a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $45.00 for all Stroller Mamas Fitness programs.  This fee includes sign-up costs, as well as, a Stroller Mamas Fitness Kit.

"For a new mom, there are two important things on her mind- getting back her body and enjoying precious time with her baby. Stroller Mamas Fitness is an innovative way for moms to socialize with other local moms, spend time with her baby and most important- get back into shape. It is the only exercise class that allows moms to take a class outside with her baby , while singing favorite children's nursery rhymes to them. Although this class is a lot of fun for mom and baby, it pushes you to lose those post-baby pounds. I've enjoyed the classes that I have taken and would encourage other moms to come as well".
