The Stroller Mamas Fitness Program

 

Stroller Mamas Fitness classes consist of a Cardio Workout and body toning exercises using your stroller, exercise resistance tube, your baby and the environment.  In 60 minutes, you will get a total body workout improving your cardiovascular endurance, your strength, and your flexibility, all while providing your baby with a stimulating experience.

 

Each class is taught by certified fitness instructors.  Classes begin with a brief warm-up, followed by a power walking and cardio workout.  Toning segments are incorporated throughout and target all areas of the upper and lower body.  Classes end with a brief cool down and stretch, as well as some play time for your infant or toddler.

Two great programs, Stroller Mamas Fitness and Gymboree Play and Music have joined forces to offer you the best of both worlds, combining exercise for mom with exercise for baby.  Each class is a 45 minute SMF class and a ½ hour Gymboree play and music class SPACE IS LIMITED in this class

Yoga Kids classes are a highly interactive parent and child class for 3-5 year olds.  Class will stimulate the imagination, incorporate moving and breathing, and challenge your child's mind and body to help achieve overall strength, flexibility and well-being.  Class is limited to 10 parent/child pairs

**NEW**  Mama and Baby Fitness  **NEW** 

Our Mama and Baby Fitness classes are for mamas and their pre-crawlers.  Class is a combination of cardio and strength training incorporating the baby into the workout.  This total body workout will help mama bond with baby as she strengthens her body.

Mamas Playgroup

Each month, SMF will plan an outing for all members and non members to participate in. 

Mama's Night Out

You've worked so hard, why not enjoy a night out with the girls every once in a while.  Join us for our monthly Mama's Night Out events.  This a great way to see your SMF friends outside of class and give yourself some mommy time.
